actions such as sending an email.
The booking log will answer these questions and many more.
Each time you or the system completes an important action on a booking, such as sending an email, the system automatically logs the action. You can view a log of your actions simply by going to the booking and clicking to view its log.
This is also useful if you have multiple members of staff using the system, allowing you to track which user has edited bookings on the system.
