customers for payments due can be easy.
You can set reminders to be sent to customers to prompt them about deposit payments and final balance payments.
The customer receives an email with their customer account login details, telling them how they can pay outstanding amounts online – all without you having to do a thing!
In case any customer ignores the reminders, you can also create an alert to yourself to chase them up or cancel their booking. Late payments also appear in the Action Required section of the booking system, so you can see a list of bookings with payments due or overdue at a glance.
